Enjoy discounted shipping on general consumables on standard ground shipping orders over $1000 all across Canada except Yukon, Nunavut and North West Territories. You will receive your order within 5-10 business days. The Free Standard Shipping option is NOT available on any of our Rental Products. It is also NOT available in oversized products like Lift Chairs, select Mobility Scooters, Home Hospital Beds, Patient Lifts and Power Wheelchairs. The Canada-wide shipping cost of these oversized devices is stated on each product page. Those standard shipping costs do not apply to shipping to REMOTE/RURAL LOCATIONS. For a remote shipping quote, call Westin Healthcare at (905) 798-1853. There is a selection of items that may take longer to arrive, up to 5 weeks. One of our agents will work with you at the time of checkout to provide you with an approximate date of delivery for that specific item. These may include:

    • Lift Chairs
    • Power Wheelchairs
    • Scooters
    • Hospital Beds

Items that require freight delivery: Power Wheelchair (that are not folding or travel models), large scooters, lift chairs, patient lifts and some non-folding wheelchairs and beds. The customers will be contacted by the freight company once the item has arrived at their location to arrange a delivery time for you.

White-Glove Delivery (Toronto & GTA only)

With our White Glove Delivery Program, you can be sure your new item will be delivered at a scheduled time of delivery, set up as well as tested for maximum customer satisfaction. The charge of this service varies by product and will be available to you on each eligible, individual product page. Once the order has been placed, one of our specialists will contact you shortly after to schedule a convenient time for your White Glove delivery. This option is the perfect one for those who require extra assistance opening up their new device. This service will be as follows: Delivery at a scheduled time will be followed by the agent who will bring the device into your new home. Then the device will be unwrapped and tested to make sure it functions perfectly. After that, all packaging materials will be removed and you will be ready to enjoy your new mobility device.
