Who is it for?
- It is a positioning and stability cushion for offloading and skin protection.
- It combines air with a foam base; the ROHO High Profile and other ROHO air cushions have no foam base.
- It may not suit someone who needs more than 1 in (25 mm) of accommodation for pelvic asymmetry.
- Choose the right cushion in a seating assessment with an occupational therapist or physiotherapist.
Will it fit?
- Sizes: 22 standard sizes coded HS1414C to HS2020C, in widths of 14 to 18 in in 1 in steps and 20 in, and depths of 14 to 18 in in 1 in steps and 20 in.
- Measuring: take the width and depth from the top of the foam base and round to the nearest 1/4 in; the finished depth includes 3/4 in of foam base that fits between the back posts.
- Height: the cell height is 2.5 to 5.13 in (64 to 130 mm) through the contour, and the seated height is 3.5 in (89 mm); the 18 x 18 in cushion weighs 4 lbs (1.8 kg).
How does it work?
- The cushion comes apart into a contoured foam base, a ROHO DRY FLOATATION air cell insert that sits in it, and the cover.
- The foam base has deep leg troughs and a coccyx cut-out; the air cells cover the seat and the ISOFLO Memory Control separates the air into four compartments.
- Open the ISOFLO (green), add air with the hand pump, sit on the cushion and adjust until the cells support the person without bottoming out, then close it (red) to lock the air in.
- Always use the supplied cover and never carry the cushion by the valve, hoses or ISOFLO control.
What are the care limits?
- The C in the item number means the cover is included. Wash it cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, or wipe it clean; tumble dry low or air dry.
- To disinfect, hand wash with one part household bleach to nine parts water for 10 minutes, or machine wash hot at 60°C (140°F).
- The cushion is warranted for 36 months and the cover for 6 months; punctures, tears and burns are excluded.

How do I set the air level in the Hybrid Select?
Open the ISOFLO, add air with the hand pump, sit on the cushion and adjust until the cells support the person, then close the ISOFLO to lock the air.
What does the ISOFLO Memory Control do?
It separates the air into four compartments: the IT pad and the left and right sides of the large pad. Closing it locks the air in each.
