Discounted Shipping

We are pleased to offer discounted ground shipping on general consumables for orders over $1,000 across Canada (excluding Yukon, Nunavut, and Northwest Territories). Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.

Important Notes:

  • Discounted shipping applies only to eligible consumable items.
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions.

Shipping Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for free or discounted shipping due to their size, weight, or special handling requirements:

  • Lift Chairs
  • Mobility Scooters
  • Home Hospital Beds
  • Patient Lifts
  • Power Wheelchairs

Extended Delivery Times

Some products may require extended delivery times of up to 5 weeks, depending on stock availability or shipping logistics.

  • During checkout, we will provide an estimated delivery date for items with extended timelines.
  • You will be notified promptly of any delays beyond the estimated delivery window.

Freight Delivery

Certain large or oversized items require freight delivery due to their size and weight. These include:

  • Non-folding Power Wheelchairs
  • Large Mobility Scooters
  • Lift Chairs
  • Patient Lifts
  • Non-folding Wheelchairs and Beds

Freight Delivery Process:

  • The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment once the item arrives at your local depot.
  • Freight deliveries are curbside only, meaning the driver will deliver the item to the nearest accessible point outside your home or facility.
  • Customers are responsible for moving the item indoors and assembling it unless additional services are purchased.

White-Glove Delivery Service (Toronto & GTA Only)

For customers in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, we offer an optional White-Glove Delivery Program for select products. This premium service includes:

  • Scheduled delivery at a time convenient for you.
  • In-home delivery, setup, and testing to ensure proper functionality.
  • Removal of all packaging materials.

Cost and Scheduling:

  • The cost for White-Glove Delivery varies by product and will be displayed on eligible product pages.
  • After placing your order, a specialist will contact you to confirm the details and schedule your delivery.
  • This service is ideal for customers who require additional assistance with their new device.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. Order Processing:

    • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
    • Processing times may vary depending on product availability and payment verification.
  2. Delivery Address:

    • Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  3. Damage During Shipping:

    • Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged, you must notify us and the carrier within 48 hours to file a claim.
    • Failure to report damages within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of your claim.
  4. Remote Areas:

    • Deliveries to remote or rural areas may incur additional charges and extended delivery times. Contact us prior to placing your order for a shipping quote.
  5. Returns and Refusals:

    • Refused shipments or undeliverable packages may be subject to return shipping fees and a restocking fee, as outlined in our Return Policy.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
