- Set both handles level, and use it only on even, solid surfaces.
- Keep it out of heat above 104 F (40 C) for long periods.

- Rollator: limited lifetime of the original consumer purchaser.
- Excludes non-durable parts that wear and need periodic replacement, such as rubber accessories, casters and grips.
- Excludes failure caused by owner misuse or negligence, and normal wear and tear.
