Standard Drop Nose
The standard drop nose is the perfect solution if there is an obstruction, such as a door near to the bottom of the stairs. The drop nose requires just 8 Inch of space from the bottom step.
Powered Hinge
Combine your stairlift with a powered hinge or drop nose option to prevent the track from obstructing a doorway at the base of the stairs.
90° Parking Curve
A 90° parking curve allows Freecurve Stairlift to be parked neatly out of the way of the stairs
180° Parking Curve
A 180° parking curve allows Freecurve Stairlift to be parked neatly out of the way of the stairs
Top Overrun
Where you have extra space at the bottom of the stairs, the horizontal overrun allows Freecurve to be parked away from the top step.
Bottom Overrun
Where you have extra space at the bottom of the stairs, the horizontal overrun allows Freecurve to be parked away from the bottom step.
Why Freecurve Stairlift is most user friendly?
Turn and Go
Narrow staircases are not a problem for the Freecurve, the optional Turn & Go feature automatically swivels your seat forward while riding. A convenient solution that allows more room for the user in tight environments.
Active Seat
The optional Active Seat option makes sitting down or getting up from your Freecurve much easier. With just a pull of a lever your movements are supported, keeping strain off your joints and muscles. (Available with Alliance and Elegance seats.)
Automatic Swivel
The optional powered swivel makes it easy to get off the lift at the top of landings, simply hold the toggle switch in the direction of the landing to turn the seat for a controlled departure. With 80 degrees of tilt, you face more of your top landing providing greater security when getting up from your Freecurve stairlift. (Manual swivel standard.)
Easy to Use
Ergonomic and intuitive to use, the joystick on the armrest smoothly operates the Freecurve. Send for your stairlift at the touch of a button with the included remote control. Two are included with your Freecurve with holders for both the top and bottom landings.

Typically, a set of batteries will last between four to six years depending on how much the stairlift is used and how well the unit is maintained as per the manufacturer’s guidelines. The owners-manual that comes with your stairlift explains the best practices for keeping the batteries and unit in top shape. However, if you do need the batteries replaced, We keeps batteries in stock and can changeout your stairlift batteries quickly if they start to not hold a full-charge.
