Description
The EZ-ACCESS modular entry mat is a 2.5 in recycled-rubber threshold mat. A riser pair is a separate part.
Which doorway does one mat fit?
- One mat suits a sill around 2.5 in. Measure the rise, door swing and clear run before choosing it.
- For a lower lip, compare the rubber angled entry mat. Check the wheelchair or scooter manual's incline limit.
- The 850 lb limit includes person and device.
How do risers change the height?
The maker shows two mats and a riser pair reaching 4.75 in. A riser pair alone does not replace a mat.
Can it be cut or secured?
The mat can be trimmed around door trim, or two mats can sit side by side for a wider crossing. Recheck sill contact and run after cutting.
EZ-ACCESS recommends securing the mat to reduce movement and supplies wood or concrete hardware. Check the actual substrate and door clearance.
What else should I compare?
Browse threshold ramp choices and use the ramp calculator for rise and run planning.
Frequently asked questions
Can one mat reach a 4.75 inch threshold?
No. The maker configuration needs two mats and the separate riser pair.

Does it need screws?
The maker recommends securing it and supplies hardware for wood or concrete. Check the surface before installation.
