Description
The Drive Prime Plus P750 is a bariatric long term care bed with a deck height of 11.5 to 30.5 inches.
Who is it for?
- A resident up to 700 lbs (318 kg) in skilled nursing, rehab or assisted living.
- Safe working load is 750 lbs (340 kg), including the mattress, bedding and rails.
- Not for moving a person down a hall, and not for a lighter resident on a narrower frame.
Will it fit the room?
- Deck: 39 inches (99 cm), or 42 or 48 inches by push button. Rails add about 3 inches (7.5 cm) a side.
- Sleep surface: 80, 84 or 88 inches. With the bumper, length is 91.15 to 99.15 inches.
- The frame is 282 lbs (128 kg) without boards, and it arrives assembled.
- It rolls at any height. Lock the casters and the foot-pad floor lock except while moving it.
- Bed ends are separate. Finish names are not confirmed, so ask us before you order.
Which mattress and rails are safe on it?
- Mattress: 39, 42 or 48 inches wide, 80, 84 or 88 inches long, 5.5 to 7 inches (14 to 18 cm) thick.
- A mattress that is too narrow or too thin leaves a gap at the rail, where entrapment happens.
- Use only Drive rails: PLTCDR, PLTCAR or PLTCAB, each a pair.
- A care team decides whether rails are used. See hospital bed safety.
- Do not leave the pendant cord where a resident could become entangled. Leave the bed low except during care.

Will the bed move if the power fails?
The bed will not move unless battery P903-T-BBK is fitted. There is no hand crank for this frame.
Can it be moved with the person in it?
No. It is not for moving a resident; it shifts the bed inside the room.
What is not included?
The mattress, bed ends, rails and battery are separate. Trendelenburg is only on staff control P903SC05.

Warranty
Warranty details
Drive Medical warrants the PrimeCare P750 long term care bed against defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use and service. Drive repairs or replaces defective items at its option at no charge.
- Welds: limited lifetime, defined as 20 years from production.
- Structural steel frame: 15 years from delivery.
- Electrical and mechanical parts and components: 5 years from production.
- Battery backup, bed-mounted accessories, head and foot boards and all other parts: 1 year.
- Covers the original owner who bought it new from Drive or an authorized dealer; not transferable. A valid bed serial number is required.
- Excludes abuse, improper assembly, use, cleaning or repair, accident, negligence, unauthorized alteration, unsuitable environments, poor maintenance, and work not done by an authorized Drive distributor or technician.
