Who is it for?
- It is a positioning option for a wheelchair user up to 350 lbs (159 kg), after a seating assessment. It is not for treating pressure sores or people at risk of developing them.
- Choose the right cushion in a seating assessment with an occupational therapist or physiotherapist.
Will it fit?
- Stock sizes: seven, from 14 x 14 to 18 x 20 in, with part numbers SCP1414 to SCP1820; SCP1818 is 18 by 18 in.
- Other sizes: twelve non-stock sizes and custom sizes up to 24 in wide are quoted separately.
- Check the person and the seat before choosing width and depth. Secure the cushion with its hook-and-loop strips and check sitting-bone placement with the clinician.
- If you are unsure of your seat size, call us at (905) 798-1853 or book a free home assessment before you order, because a cushion that has been used cannot be returned.
How does it work?
- It is four layers shaped into one contoured seat: a gel-infused memory foam top, a pink high-density memory foam layer, a contoured medium-density polyurethane base and a thin black polyethylene layer underneath.
- Heights: 5 in (127 mm) at the front, 3.25 in (83 mm) under the sitting bones and in the leg troughs, and 4.25 in (108 mm) at the rear sides.
- Weight: the 18 x 18 in size weighs 4 lbs (1.8 kg).
What are the care limits?
- The standard cover is a breathable 4-way stretch outer over a water-resistant 4-way stretch inner liner. An Infection Control cover and a waterproof inner cover are no-charge choices, and a non-slip cover is a factory option.
- Use an intact cover and replace it if torn. Replace foam contaminated by incontinence; a water-resistant liner does not make the foam waterproof.
- Wipe the foam with a lightly damp cloth; never immerse it. Wash the cover cold with mild detergent, no bleach or softener; air dry or tumble dry low.

What is the difference between the Prism Supreme II and the Prism Supreme II Plus cushion?
The Plus has a higher stated weight rating. A clinician should choose between them by seating needs; neither name alone establishes suitability for skin concerns.
Can the Supreme II Plus be used by someone with incontinence?
Use an intact cover and the specified liner. Foam contaminated by incontinence must be replaced; a torn cover also needs replacing before use.
What is the weight limit of the Supreme II Plus?
The model is rated to 350 lbs (159 kg). Confirm the selected size and fit; the rating does not override the pressure-sore and at-risk exclusions.

Future Mobility Healthcare warrants the Prism Supreme II Plus cushion to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use by the original purchaser.
- Cushion: 2 years limited.
- Cover: 90 days.
- Covers the original purchaser only. Defective parts are repaired or replaced at Future Mobility's discretion; labour and shipping are not included.
- Excludes normal wear, not following the instructions, negligence, accident, improper use, maintenance or storage, and unauthorized parts, modifications or repairs.
- Claims go through the dealer that sold the cushion.
