It takes the person from lying to sitting while they remain seated in the sling.

Warranty details
Invacare warrants the Comfort Sling to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. A sling proven defective in that time is repaired or replaced, at Invacare's option.
- Term: 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Covers the original purchaser or user only.
- Labour and shipping charges are not included.
- Excludes negligence, accident, improper use, maintenance or storage, changes or parts not approved by Invacare, normal wear, and use that does not follow the owner's manual.
