- The chart does not list the Journey standing lift for this sling.

How do the size and fabric choices differ?
- The sizes are marked XS brown, Small red, Medium yellow, Large green and XL blue.
- Those colours identify sizes; the chart's suggested weight ranges are only guides.
- A fitter must check the person's shape, head support and leg placement, then confirm the exact stocked SKU.
How should it be washed and inspected?
Check the sling and stitching before every use and discard torn, frayed or bleached fabric.
Do not use bleach.

What is different between mesh and padded?
They are separate fabric variants with different Joerns part numbers. Choose the fabric for the person's transfer and care needs, then check its sewn label for washing.
Are the listed Full Back SKUs discontinued?
A 2021 retirement notice affected older NC codes and bundles and named NA1067-NA1071 as replacements.

Joerns Healthcare warrants the Hoyer Professional Full Back loop sling to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months after purchase by the original consumer or owner, and replaces a sling that proves defective in that time.
- Term: 12 months from purchase.
- Covers the original purchaser only.
- Excludes damage from unsuitable environments or not following the user and care instructions, normal wear and tear, neglect and wilful damage.
- Any alteration, modification or repair voids the warranty.
