I have no hesitation to recommend the store and Drive P903 bed. I was searching for a good hospital bed and had my sights set on Drive Prime P903. I called around and searched online and was pleased to find the store has the bed in stock. However, I was skeptical about purchasing online especially for something over $5,000. As I live in London, Ontario, I didn’t visit the store. However, after checking the BBB, google map and went to Home and Community Care Support Services website, my skeptical was less. It was after talking to Mr. Singh, I realized he has some experiences about the bed (installation, setup etc.) thus, I made my purchase. Mr. Singh was quite accommodating, he let me just pay for the delivery/setup fee first and paid the bed when the bed was delivered. The communication with him was prompt and the delivery (to London, Ontario) and setup was efficient and smooth. I am really happy about his service (white glove) and my purchase. It is a good bed-sturdy and versatile which makes life easier for the patient and the caregiver. Even though the patient only weights 165lb, I opted for a 42” Drive Multi-Ply Shear Care 1500 mattress as the bed can be expand to 42” width. The bed is wonderfully comfortable.
