- R100P is small, R100 is medium, R101 is large and R102 is extra large.
- The form's letters A, B and C are 33 / 29.16 / 12 in for small, 37.5 / 35.66 / 17 in for medium, 41 / 40.66 / 20.5 in for large, and 44.5 / 43.16 / 22.6 in for extra large.
- A home assessment should measure before a code is chosen.
Who is it for?
- The form says totally dependent, partially dependent, non-weight bearing, very heavy, or limited head control, for a move between bed, wheelchair, recliner or shower chair.
- The opening is for toileting.
