Warranty service calls
Stairlifts bought from us include two free service calls during the labour warranty period. After those, travel and site visit fees apply to each call, and labour for covered repairs stays waived for the length of the labour warranty. The number of free service calls and the warranty period are shown on your sales order, invoice and proof of delivery. Read the warranty and service policy for the full terms.
Before you call
Tell us the make and model of your stairlift, what it is doing (or not doing), and any error code or beeping pattern. Check that the stairlift is plugged in, the key switch is on and nothing is blocking the rail. That helps the technician bring the right parts.
Keep your stairlift charging
Most stairlifts run on a pair of batteries that charge at the ends of the rail. Park the chair at a charging point after each ride. If the stairlift starts to slow down or beeps, the batteries may need replacing: see battery replacement.

Yes, we offer certified refurbished stairlifts at 30-50% savings. All refurbished units are thoroughly inspected, serviced, and include warranty. Refurbished options are available for straight staircases only - curved stairlifts must be custom-built new.

A straight stairlift is usually installed in a few hours. Curved stairlifts are made to measure for your staircase first, then installed in about half a day. Our technicians handle the whole installation.
