Cookie policy
What is a cookie? A cookie is a small piece of data that a website asks your browser to store on your computer or mobile device. The cookie allows the website to "remember" your actions or preferences over time.
Updated 21 October 2026. Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Mobility Specialties uses necessary cookies to keep the website working and optional cookies to measure advertising results.
Necessary cookies
Session, shopping cart, sign-in, security and cookie-choice cookies support the services you request. Blocking them may prevent forms, checkout or account access from working.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
Google Analytics and Google Ads load after you accept optional cookies. They help measure visits, successfully saved enquiries, paid online orders and calls from advertising. Calls may display a Google forwarding number that connects to our business.
Our event payloads use general page groups, advertising click references, anonymous conversion references and, for fully paid online orders, the order value and currency. They exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, form answers, product names and health information. Google's own tags may also receive public page addresses and technical connection information. Tags are not loaded on private account, document or payment pages, or pages with unrecognised URL parameters.
We do not enable personalised advertising, Google signals or enhanced customer-data matching through this measurement setup. You can read how Google uses information from partner sites.
Campaign attribution
With optional-cookie consent, a first-party campaign cookie may remain for up to 90 days. It links an advertising visit to a subsequent enquiry or quotation in our business system. This helps us compare advertising costs with resulting sales. It is removed when you withdraw optional-cookie consent.
Your choices
Choose Only essentials to refuse optional tracking, or I agree to accept it. Use Cookie preferences at the bottom of any page to change your choice. Refusing optional cookies does not prevent you from browsing, submitting an enquiry or ordering.
Your browser also lets you review and delete stored cookies. Withdrawing consent stops future optional measurement; it does not erase reports or business records already created.
Other website services
Accessibility settings may be stored on your device. Embedded videos, maps and other external services may use their own storage when loaded. Their providers explain their practices in their own privacy policies.
For information about enquiries, orders and other business records, read our privacy policy.
