What must match before a replacement is ordered?
- Joerns names PMP-CU-01 as a replacement pump, but that notice does not establish compatibility with every old mattress and hose.
- Record the mattress and pump serial numbers, hose fittings and electrical region. Our service team can check current Joerns parts guidance.
- Use the current controller manual for modes, alarms, cleaning and power. Do not apply old ES2 settings to a different unit.
