Motion Composites warrants this adjustable Newton carbon footplate (0031106A-00), as a Motion Composites-made component, against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
- Footplate: 1 year.
- Covers the original consumer purchaser only.
- A part replaced or repaired under warranty is covered for the rest of the original term.
- Excludes normal wear and tear; negligence, accident, misuse or improper maintenance; improper repairs; unauthorized modifications; commercial or institutional use; and use above the chair's weight capacity.
