Attends Discreet Underwear for Men (ADUM15, ADUM35 and ADUM45) is a disposable pull-on for men with moderate to heavy incontinence, in Ultimate absorbency.
What does it do and how does it work?
- Triple-Lock Protection channels fluid into an absorbent core and locks wetness away.
- A super-absorbent gel locks in odour.
- The fabric is soft, cloth-like and breathable, with an elastic waist all the way around.
- Barrier leg cuffs guard the legs.
- Tear-away side panels come off without pulling the garment down.
Who is it for, and who should choose something else?
- For men with moderate to heavy incontinence who can step into underwear.
- Choose a tabbed brief if the person cannot step in.
- Choose a pad or guard to keep their own underwear.
Will it fit?
Measure hips and waist. These ranges are recommendations, not a guarantee.
- Small/Medium (ADUM15): waist and hips 26 to 40 in (66 to 102 cm), height 4 ft 10 in to 6 ft 2 in (147 to 188 cm), 120 to 175 lb (54 to 79 kg). Bag of 20.
- Large (ADUM35): waist and hips 36 to 52 in (91 to 132 cm), height 5 ft 7 in to 6 ft 2 in (170 to 188 cm), 170 to 210 lb (77 to 95 kg). Bag of 18.
- X-Large (ADUM45): waist and hips 48 to 64 in (122 to 163 cm), height 5 ft 7 in to 6 ft 2 in (170 to 188 cm), 210 to 250 lb (95 to 113 kg). Bag of 16.
Using it day to day
- Step in and pull it up like ordinary underwear.
- Tear the sides to take off a wet garment. Do not pull it down the legs.
- It is single use. Do not wash it.
What does it work with, and what are its limits?
- Men's cut only. The women's Discreet pull-on is a separate product.
- It replaces underwear. It is not a pad or a guard.
- A waist of 36 to 40 in is in both Small/Medium and Large. A waist of 48 to 52 in is in both Large and X-Large.

What if my waist falls in two sizes?
Use the height and suggested weight beside each size. Two sizes can list the same waist where the ranges overlap.
Is the bag in the photo every size?
No. That bag is Large, 18 pieces, for a 36 to 52 in (91 to 132 cm) waist. The other sizes use their own bags.
Do the tear-away sides help someone who cannot stand?
No. The sides tear for removal. Putting it on means stepping in. Choose a tabbed brief if standing is not possible.
