This is a carbon lock-series fixed backrest for a Motion Composites wheelchair, part 9004354B-00. It is the 14 by 12 in shell, supplied as one unit.
A backrest carries the rider's back, so the chair model and the mounting decide the fit. Send the wheelchair model and serial number and a photo of the old backrest and its fittings, and we confirm the part before ordering. A trained technician should fit and check it; our service team can do that.

Warranty details
Motion Composites warrants this carbon backrest, a Motion Composites-made component, against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
- Backrest: 1 year.
- Covers the original consumer purchaser only.
- A part repaired or replaced under warranty stays covered for the rest of the term, or 90 days if that is longer.
- Excludes normal wear and tear, negligence, accident, misuse, improper maintenance or storage, improper repairs, unauthorized modifications, commercial or institutional use, and use above the chair's weight capacity.
- Claims go through an authorized Motion Composites dealer.
