A patient lift runs on a rechargeable pack that sits in the control box or on the charger. A pack may need replacement when it no longer holds enough charge for the lift's normal use.
Packs differ in voltage, capacity and connector, so the right one has to match the lift's control box and its charger. Tell us your lift's model and serial number, and the voltage and connector marked on the old pack, and we confirm it before you order.
An old pack goes to a battery recycler rather than the household bin. Ask our service to fit and test the new pack. Warranty terms are in the Warranty tab.

Warranty details
Handicare warrants this patient lift battery pack (635045), supplied new as a service part, against failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship. Batteries are covered for 90 days from purchase.
- Battery pack: 90 days from purchase.
- Remedy: replacement of the defective part.
- The lift must be serviced by Handicare or its authorized service agents; work by an unauthorized person voids the warranty.
- Excludes normal wear and tear, damage by natural forces, user neglect or misuse, and deliberate damage.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
