Description
A thermostatic mixer blends the hot and cold supply to the bath temperature it is set to. Its scald limit is set mechanically on the mixer itself, so that setting is made on site once the tap is in place.
Mixer fit is confirmed from the tub's model and serial number before anything is ordered. A trained technician fits the tap and sets the scald limit: see service and repairs.
