The BIOS 59041 Non-Slip Bath Mat is a flat tub mat of TPR (thermoplastic rubber), 15.75 by 27.5 in (40 by 70 cm), with a textured top and round suction cups across the underside.

- Underside: suction cups across the whole mat, pressed down onto a wet floor.
- Mould: a built-in anti-microbial agent works against mould and bacteria build-up.
- Care: machine washable and recyclable, and it rolls up for storage.

Using it day to day
- Wet the floor, lay the mat down and press firmly across the whole mat so every cup engages.
- Before each use, check that it is attached and does not shift.
- Remove it after each use, rinse or machine wash away all residue, and let it air dry completely.
- Bath oils and similar products weaken the suction. Retire the mat once it is damaged, worn or will not stay attached.
What does it work with, and what are its limits?
- It reduces the risk of slipping but cannot remove it; take care entering, leaving or standing in the tub.
- One colour only, a light grey mat.
- Bathroom safety items are non-returnable once used, so check the size first.
How does it compare?
A memory-foam mat is soft but not non-slip, so it does not belong in a tub; grip strips cover a narrow strip only.
