The Borealis charger block sits on the trolley and meets the lift's own charging contacts when it parks at the end of the track.
Photograph the block in place and the contacts it carries, and send the lift's model and serial number. We confirm the block and its mount against your unit before the order, and the contact strip and charging cable can go in the same order if they are worn.

Warranty details
Handicare warrants this C-450/C-625 Borealis charger block (635003), supplied new as a service part, against failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year from installation or 18 months from manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Charger block: 1 year from installation or 18 months from manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Remedy: replacement of the defective part.
- The lift must be serviced by Handicare or its authorized service agents; work by an unauthorized person voids the warranty.
- Excludes normal wear and tear, damage by natural forces, user neglect or misuse, and deliberate damage.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
