The Drive D574EW is an extra-wide, manual three-position geri chair on 5 in (127 mm) casters, for a caregiver to move and recline. It does not lift anyone to standing.

Three positions: upright, deep recline and elevated leg rest, held by a retractable lock bar.
- The caregiver raises the lock bar, sets the position and lets it engage.

- Large tray locks in five positions and stores on the side.
- Pop-off side panels, a moisture barrier on the seat, self-adjusting suspension and angled armrests.
