Description
The Drive 3835-4 is a vinyl-covered foam block for a person whose mattress stops short of the headboard or the footboard.
What does it do and how does it work?
It fills the open space at the end of the mattress with foam.
- The foam fills a gap of up to 4 in (102 mm) between the mattress and the headboard or footboard.
- A vinyl cover wipes clean when the surface needs it.
- It does not add length to the bed deck.
Who is it for, and who should choose something else?
- It suits a mattress that already matches the deck and leaves only a short end gap.
- Choose a frame extender when the deck itself is short.
- Choose a foam mattress when the whole sleep surface is the wrong length.

What does it work with, and what are its limits?

Frequently asked questions
Does 3835-4 include a mattress?
No. You receive the vinyl-covered foam block. The mattress, the rails and the bed frame are separate.
Can someone sit on the block?
The block fills an end gap. It is not a seat, and it is not a second mattress.
Does the block lengthen the bed for a taller person?
No. It fills the end gap only. A taller person needs a longer mattress or a frame extender.
