Description
The key is listed for the emergency lowering function of a ceiling lift, the function that brings a lift down when its controls have stopped working.
Emergency lowering is used only in a malfunction, and a lift is put back into service only after a qualified technician has inspected it and reset the emergency stop. The key belongs with the lift's documentation rather than with the everyday controls.
Handicare builds several ceiling lift ranges and the lift plate carries the model and serial number, so send both and we will confirm the key against the lift before anything is picked.
Our service team inspects and recertifies the ceiling lifts we supply, and other lift spares are in spare parts.
