The Motion Composites 5 by 2 inch fork, part 0022107C-00, carries the front caster and the chair's front load on the Move folding wheelchair. It is one fork, sold singly.
The 4 by 2 inch and 7 by 2 inch forks are different parts, so tell us the wheel fitted to your chair when ordering. A photo of the old fork on the chair helps us match it.

Motion Composites warrants this 5 by 2 inch fork (0022107C-00), as a Motion Composites-made component, against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
- Fork: 1 year.
- Covers the original consumer purchaser only.
- A part replaced or repaired under warranty is covered for the rest of the original term.
- Excludes normal wear and tear; negligence, accident, misuse or improper maintenance; improper repairs; unauthorized modifications; commercial or institutional use; and use above the chair's weight capacity.
