9010363A-00 is the +1 inch pair of Frog Legs Phase-Two front forks with the SAAF fitting, with the standard pair listed as 9010362A-00 and the +2 inch pair as 9010364A-00.
The +1 and +2 inch offsets are different parts, and both pairs are built for the Motion Composites Move folding wheelchair. Send a photograph of the fork pair taken off the frame and the chair's serial number, so the offset is matched before the order.
