9010362A-00 is the standard pair of Phase-Two Frog Legs front forks with the SAAF fitting.
The +1 inch pair is 9010363A-00 and the +2 inch pair is 9010364A-00.
The pair carries the casters and the front of the frame on the Motion Composites Move folding wheelchair, so the length and the SAAF fitting have to match what is on your chair now. A caster change can move the front end onto one of the offset pairs.
Send the chair's serial number and the measurement from the frame down to the caster, and we check the pair before you order. Our technicians fit and check the front end; the rest are in our spare parts range.
