50746-070 is the Geo-Matt PRT wheelchair seat cushion, 18 inches wide by 16 inches long, supplied with the Soft Skin sleeve. It comes by the case of six; the Sling-Fill base is a separate part. The cushion has an anti-slip top, a non-skid bottom and a built-in sleeve for the base.
