Description
The Cloud Luxury PR527 lets the back, footrest, headrest and lumbar move on their own, and Twilight tilts the chair.
Who is it for?
- Someone who wants five zones, including a tilt, and a 400 lb (181 kg) rating.
- Not a person who only wants a two-button, one-zone chair.
- Not a bed. Golden's use is positioning and help to stand.
Which size, and what not to trust yet?
Height bands are a guide only. Book a free home assessment if you cannot try the chair.
- Both sizes are 38.5" (978 mm) wide, with a 23.5" (597 mm) seat.
- Small/medium seat height 19.5" (495 mm). Medium/large seat height 22.5" (572 mm).
- Small/medium seat depth is 20.5" (521 mm).
- The medium/large back is printed shorter, 28" (711 mm) against 29" (737 mm). Wall clearance is about 21" (533 mm).
Options that are not in the chair
- Nirvana with HeatWave, HeatWave on its own, and heat with vibrating massage are options.
- No footrest extension on this model.
- Standard fabrics are the Ashton line. Other fabrics are an upcharge. Shown in Slate.
- Made in the USA. Lithium-ion backup is listed. We have not confirmed a spare pack in the carton.
Which Golden movement do you need?
- This chair is an infinite position lift chair: back and footrest move separately.
- A 3 position lift chair is the simpler two-button choice.
- The Cloud with Twilight PR515 is a different model already on our site. Do not treat it as this chair.

Frequently asked questions
Is Nirvana already on the PR527?
No. Golden's Canadian page and the sell sheet both list Nirvana, HeatWave and heat-and-massage as add-ons.
Is this the Cloud with Twilight PR515?
No. PR515 is a different model. Match the quote to PR527-SME or PR527-MLA.
Is the seat a pocketed coil?
No. Golden's April 2026 sheet lists a chaise pad and a seam back for the PR527, and marks a pocketed coil no.
