The Golden scooter cover (MBA-CCOVER) is a black water-resistant nylon cover for Companion, Buzz and LiteRider scooters.
What does it do and how does it work?
- Water-resistant nylon, with elasticized reinforced seams that draw the hem in, blocks sun and dust on a parked scooter.
- Grommets run along the bottom edge for bungee cords. The cords are not in the box.
- An oversized stuff sack is included for storage when the cover is off the scooter.
Who is it for, and who should choose something else?
- It suits a Companion, Buzz or LiteRider scooter parked outdoors or in dust.
- Do not choose it for a Buzzaround CarryOn (GB120). An Avenger (GA541), an Eagle (GR595) or a GR575 takes large cover MBA-CCOVER-LG.
- It is not the cover for a power chair.
Will it fit?
- The cover measures 50 x 22 x 33 in (127 x 56 x 84 cm).
- Match it by scooter family. Companion, Buzz and LiteRider scooters are the list, minus the four models above.
- Power chairs are not on the MBA-CCOVER list.
- We confirm your Golden model before you order.
Using it day to day
- Drape it over the parked scooter and let the elastic hem settle. Add your own bungee if you want the hem tighter.
- Take the cover off before you drive.
What does it work with, and what are its limits?
- It does not fit Pride or Drive scooters.
- The cloth is water-resistant for sun and dust, not a waterproof shelter.
How does it compare?
- For a drink at the armrest, the Golden cup holder (MBA-UNV-CUPH) straps on. It is not a cover.
- For a cane, the Golden tube cane holder (MBA-CANEHT) mounts at the back of the scooter.
- Match the cover in the mobility scooter range.
Frequently asked questions
Are the bungee cords in the box?
No. The cover includes grommets and an oversized stuff sack. You supply the bungee cords if you want them.
Will this cover an Eagle or an Avenger?
No. The Avenger (GA541), the Eagle (GR595) and GR575 take the large cover, part MBA-CCOVER-LG.
Can I use it on a LiteRider power chair?
No. MBA-CCOVER is marked for scooters. A LiteRider power chair is not on that list.
