Handicare ranges use different tape drives, so the lift model and the drive settle the part number rather than the name alone.
A roller that seizes or runs out of line wears the tape, so the shaft is fitted and the tape path checked by a trained technician.

Warranty details
Handicare warrants this slack tape roller shaft, a service part supplied new, against failure from defects in material or workmanship for 1 year from the date of installation or 18 months from the date of manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Roller shaft: 1 year from installation or 18 months from manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Excludes normal wear and tear, damage by natural forces, user neglect or misuse, and deliberate damage.
- Void if the lift is not serviced by Handicare or its authorized service agents as the maker recommends, or if an unauthorized person works on it.
- Handicare's liability is limited to replacing defective parts.
