The lift model and the strap drive in it settle the part number.
The strap takes the lift's load, so the roller is fitted and the strap path and its fixings are checked by a trained technician.

Warranty details
Handicare warrants this strap roller, a service part supplied new, against failure from defects in material or workmanship for 1 year from the date of installation or 18 months from the date of manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Strap roller: 1 year from installation or 18 months from manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Excludes normal wear and tear, damage by natural forces, user neglect or misuse, and deliberate damage.
- Void if the lift is not serviced by Handicare or its authorized service agents as the maker recommends, or if an unauthorized person works on it.
- Handicare's liability is limited to replacing defective parts.
