Description
637125 is a 24 V nickel metal hydride pack for a Handicare portable ceiling lift. The lift takes a 1.2 Ah or a 4.0 Ah pack, so capacity is not fixed by the code.
Read the amp-hour figure and the terminal layout off the pack you are replacing. The pack under code 637127 is a different item, so give us both the code and the Ah figure.
A trained technician fits and tests the replacement, and the pack is never opened. The ceiling lift range covers the portable lifts we service.

Warranty details
Handicare warrants this 24 V battery pack (637125), supplied new as a service part, against failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship. Batteries are covered for 90 days from purchase.
- Battery pack: 90 days from purchase.
- Remedy: replacement of the defective part.
- The lift must be serviced by Handicare or its authorized service agents; work by an unauthorized person voids the warranty.
- Excludes normal wear and tear, damage by natural forces, user neglect or misuse, and deliberate damage.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
