Read the serial number from the old label, or from the lift's paperwork if the label is missing, and photograph where the label sits. Send those with the lift's model so the replacement carries the right details.

Warranty details
Handicare warrants this ceiling lift serial number label (637131), supplied new as a service part, against failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year from installation or 18 months from manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Serial number label: 1 year from installation or 18 months from manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Remedy: replacement of the defective part.
- The lift must be serviced by Handicare or its authorized service agents; work by an unauthorized person voids the warranty.
- Excludes normal wear and tear, damage by natural forces, user neglect or misuse, and deliberate damage.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
