The Handicare strap insert, order code 635593, is the piece the strap anchors into on the drum. It is the point the strap's load passes through on its way into the lift.
Strap ends differ between the Handicare ranges, so the lift model and the strap settle the number.
The strap carries the lift and the person in it, so the insert is fitted and the strap and its anchor load tested by a trained technician.

Warranty details
Handicare warrants this strap insert, a service part supplied new, against failure from defects in material or workmanship for 1 year from the date of installation or 18 months from the date of manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Strap insert: 1 year from installation or 18 months from manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Excludes normal wear and tear, damage by natural forces, user neglect or misuse, and deliberate damage.
- Void if the lift is not serviced by Handicare or its authorized service agents as the maker recommends, or if an unauthorized person works on it.
- Handicare's liability is limited to replacing defective parts.
