A pin at the strap end takes part of the lifting load, so it must be the maker's part for your lift. Confirm its dimensions and retaining hardware against the strap assembly on your lift before ordering.
Send the lift's model and serial number and a photograph of the strap end where the pin sits. We then check the pin against your lift's strap assembly before the order is placed.

Handicare warrants this ceiling lift strap pin (637108), supplied new as a service part, against failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year from installation or 18 months from manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Strap pin: 1 year from installation or 18 months from manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Remedy: replacement of the defective part.
- The lift must be serviced by Handicare or its authorized service agents; work by an unauthorized person voids the warranty.
- Excludes normal wear and tear, damage by natural forces, user neglect or misuse, and deliberate damage.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
