The membrane label is the up and down marking on the lift's hand control, so it is matched to the control fitted to your own lift rather than to the number alone.
Photograph the face of the hand control so the shape of the label and its arrows are clear, and send the lift's model and serial number. Different control revisions carry different markings, so the photograph settles it.

Warranty details
Handicare warrants this ceiling lift up and down membrane label (637132), supplied new as a service part, against failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year from installation or 18 months from manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Membrane label: 1 year from installation or 18 months from manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Remedy: replacement of the defective part.
- The lift must be serviced by Handicare or its authorized service agents; work by an unauthorized person voids the warranty.
- Excludes normal wear and tear, damage by natural forces, user neglect or misuse, and deliberate damage.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
