Send the lift model, the serial number and the marking on the old strap, and we confirm the strap and fittings before you order.

Warranty details
Handicare warrants this ceiling lift strap (413743), supplied new as a service part, against failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship.
- Lift strap: 1 year from installation or 18 months from manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Remedy: replacement of the defective part.
- The lift must be serviced by Handicare or its authorized service agents; work by an unauthorized person voids the warranty.
- Excludes normal wear and tear, damage by natural forces, user neglect or misuse, and deliberate damage.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
