A worn roller or a damaged bearing makes the lift run roughly, so the roller has to match the track and the lift. Send the lift's model and serial number and we check the roller with the supplier.

Handicare warrants this ceiling lift roller, 0.375 x 0.255 in (636023), supplied new as a service part, against failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year from installation or 18 months from manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Roller: 1 year from installation or 18 months from manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Remedy: replacement of the defective part.
- The lift must be serviced by Handicare or its authorized service agents; work by an unauthorized person voids the warranty.
- Excludes normal wear and tear, damage by natural forces, user neglect or misuse, and deliberate damage.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
