Motors differ by lift and drive type, so send the lift model, the serial number and the name stamped on the old motor, and we confirm the replacement and its fixings before dispatch.

Warranty details
Handicare warrants this 24 V traverse drive motor (650400), supplied new as a service part, against failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship.
- Traverse drive motor: 1 year from installation or 18 months from manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Remedy: replacement of the defective part.
- The lift must be serviced by Handicare or its authorized service agents; work by an unauthorized person voids the warranty.
- Excludes normal wear and tear, damage by natural forces, user neglect or misuse, and deliberate damage.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
