Part 400338 covers a Linak actuator on MedCare Care Lift, Care Stand, Car Extractor and Low Pro Lift equipment. It is distinct from the SKF actuator cover 400092.
Identify the actuator make on the machine before ordering: the Linak and SKF covers are different pieces. The cover shields the actuator during lift use.
A technician can confirm the actuator label, switch the machine off, fit the matching cover and check that it clears the moving linkage. Tell us the model and serial number if the actuator label is not readable.
If the actuator itself runs slowly or sounds rough, mention it when you book a service visit so it is checked along with the cover.
