Part 400963 is the receiver circuit board used with MedCare Care Lift, Care Stand, Car Extractor and Low Pro Lift equipment. It sits inside receiver box 400902.
The board and complete receiver box have different codes, so identify which component has failed before ordering. A technician can isolate power, check the existing connections, replace the board and test the receiver's response after reassembly. Give us the model and serial number if the receiver box was replaced before or its label has worn off.

- Receiver circuit board: 2 years from the date of sale.
- Remedy: Medcare supplies a replacement part; labour, removal and reinstallation costs are the owner's.
- Misuse, abuse, alteration, or not following the care, safety, operating and inspection instructions voids the warranty.
- Replacement parts not authorized by Medcare void the warranty.
