The battery pack powers a Handicare ceiling lift between charges. Its voltage and capacity have to match the charger and the lift, and two packs of the same shape can differ inside, so the label matters more than the case.
Photograph the old pack's label and its plug, and include the lift's model and serial number, so we can match the voltage, capacity and plug type.

Warranty details
Handicare warrants this battery pack (642072), supplied new as a service part, against failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship. Batteries are covered for 90 days from purchase.
- Battery pack: 90 days from purchase.
- Remedy: replacement of the defective part.
- The lift must be serviced by Handicare or its authorized service agents; work by an unauthorized person voids the warranty.
- Excludes normal wear and tear, damage by natural forces, user neglect or misuse, and deliberate damage.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
