The handset works the lift, so a replacement has to match the number of channels and the connector on your own unit.
Take a picture of each side of the old handset, count its buttons and look at where its lead joins the body, then include the lift's model and serial number with the pictures. From those we match the channels and the plug.

Warranty details
Handicare warrants this charging handset (642068), supplied new as a service part, against failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship.
- Charging handset: 1 year from installation or 18 months from manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Remedy: replacement of the defective part.
- The lift must be serviced by Handicare or its authorized service agents; work by an unauthorized person voids the warranty.
- Excludes normal wear and tear, damage by natural forces, user neglect or misuse, and deliberate damage.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
