Send a photo of the cover you are replacing with the lift's model and serial number, and tell us whether the shell or its housing is damaged. We confirm the cover and what the order includes before you order.

Warranty details
Handicare warrants this back cover (637029), supplied new as a service part, against failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship.
- Back cover: 1 year from installation or 18 months from manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Remedy: replacement of the defective part.
- The lift must be serviced by Handicare or its authorized service agents; work by an unauthorized person voids the warranty.
- Excludes normal wear and tear, damage by natural forces, user neglect or misuse, and deliberate damage.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
