Send the lift's model and serial number and a photo of the motor and its label, and tell us whether it is the lift or the traverse motor. We confirm the assembly and what it includes before you order.

Warranty details
Handicare warrants this motor assembly (440202), supplied new as a service part, against failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship.
- Motor assembly: 1 year from installation or 18 months from manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Remedy: replacement of the defective part.
- The lift must be serviced by Handicare or its authorized service agents; work by an unauthorized person voids the warranty.
- Excludes normal wear and tear, damage by natural forces, user neglect or misuse, and deliberate damage.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
