The 637007 spring arm is the part of the lifting gear on a Handicare P-440 portable ceiling lift that the sling or its hook hangs from, so it sits in the lifting path and the user's weight passes through it on every transfer.

Warranty details
Handicare warrants this spring arm (637007), supplied new as a service part for its P-440 portable ceiling lift, against failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship.
- Spring arm: 1 year from installation or 18 months from manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Remedy: replacement of the defective part.
- The lift must be serviced by Handicare or its authorized service agents; work by an unauthorized person voids the warranty.
- Excludes normal wear and tear, damage by natural forces, user neglect or misuse, and deliberate damage.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
