Description
The transpoint is a separate part in the lifting strap path at the lift's casing.
Inspect it with the strap on every service, because a worn edge can fray the strap where it runs past. It is made for the Handicare P-440 portable ceiling lift, one of the ceiling lifts we service.
A part in the lifting path is fitted and tested by a trained technician, and the strap is inspected before the lift goes back into use.

Warranty details
Handicare warrants this transpoint (637024), supplied new as a service part for its P-440 portable ceiling lift, against failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship.
- Transpoint: 1 year from installation or 18 months from manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Remedy: replacement of the defective part.
- The lift must be serviced by Handicare or its authorized service agents; work by an unauthorized person voids the warranty.
- Excludes normal wear and tear, damage by natural forces, user neglect or misuse, and deliberate damage.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
