The 440252 hook assembly is the hook that carries the load between a ceiling lift and what hangs from it: the sling bar, the trolley or the reacher. Because it takes the weight of the person being lifted, the correct hook and its fitting matter.
Send us the model and serial number from your lift and a photo of the existing hook, and we check the assembly and what comes with it before you order.
Do not fit a load-bearing hook yourself: have it fitted and load-tested by a qualified technician.

Handicare warrants this P-600 portable ceiling lift hook assembly (440252), supplied new as a service part, against failure caused by defects in material or workmanship.
- Hook assembly: 1 year from installation or 18 months from manufacture, whichever is shorter.
- Remedy: replacement of the defective part.
- Void if the lift is not serviced by Handicare or its authorized service agents, or if an unauthorized person works on it.
- Excludes normal wear and tear, damage by natural forces, user neglect or misuse, and deliberate damage.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
